Brighton & Hove Albion are looking to secure a top-six finish in the Premier League as they welcome champions Manchester City to the Amex Stadium in their final home game of the season. Roberto De Zerbi’s side have already guaranteed themselves at least a spot in the Europa Conference League, but a point from their final two league games of 2022/23 will see them enter the Europa League next season.

On the other hand, Manchester City has already wrapped up the Premier League title and is likely to rotate a few players like they did against Chelsea. With their focus now on the FA Cup and Champions League finals, they are likely to rest several key stars.

Brighton will aim to secure at least a point against a heavily rotated Manchester City team to ensure their passage to the Europa League next season. The Seagulls will miss the services of Adam Lallana, Solly March, Tariq Lamptey, Jeremy Sarmiento, and goalkeeper Robert Sanchez due to injuries, but they can still look to cause an upset with their young squad.

The key player for Brighton will be Argentine midfielder Alexis Mac Allister, who has been impressive for them in the attacking third. He has scored six goals this season and will look to create chances against a City side that has shipped in just 24 goals all season.

Manchester City will miss only Nathan Ake, who is out with a hamstring injury. The likes of Kevin De Bruyne, Erling Haaland, and John Stones were all rested at the weekend, and Guardiola will have to juggle keeping his players match sharp while ensuring they are at full fitness for the coming finals.

The player to look out for in the City lineup will be Captain Fernandinho, who has been a great leader for the club. He will be looking to guide City to another victory and make an impact on the game from midfield.

Despite playing on the road and with a lack of motivation, Manchester City is the favorite to win this fixture. The odds for a Brighton win are similar to those of a draw in this match, with either result being beneficial for the hosts.

Prediction: 1-1 draw.

Fans worldwide can watch this Premier League match, with varying broadcast times, channels, and streaming services. However, the clash between these two sides will undoubtedly be an exciting encounter that will provide a fascinating insight into the future of this team going forward.
