Tottenham Hotspur

Son Heung-min’s availability for Gameweek 16 is uncertain as he picked up a knock in the previous game against West Ham United. Although he appeared to be in pain after being substituted, he is being assessed and his participation will depend on his recovery. Tottenham manager, Ange Postecoglou, mentioned that there are a couple of other players with minor knocks, but their injuries are not deemed significant. On the injury front, Eric Dier, James Maddison, Micky van de Ven, Manor Solomon, Ivan Perisic, Ryan Sessegnon, Alfie Whiteman, Ashley Phillips, and Rodrigo Bentancur are all still out.

Liverpool

Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson has returned to full training and is likely to be available for Gameweek 16. Jurgen Klopp expressed optimism about his recovery but mentioned that a final decision will be made after consulting with the coaching staff, medical department, and Alisson himself. Alexis Mac Allister, on the other hand, is a major doubt for the upcoming game due to a knock he sustained in the midweek match. The extent of his injury is still being assessed. As for the long-term absentees, Andrew Robertson, Stefan Bajcetic, Thiago Alcantara, Diogo Jota, and Joel Matip remain sidelined.

Arsenal

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta expects all the players who featured in the midweek game against Luton Town to be fit for Gameweek 16. However, Takehiro Tomiyasu will be unavailable for a while due to a calf injury. Fabio Vieira, Thomas Partey, Jurrien Timber, and Emile Smith Rowe are also still on the sidelines.

Manchester City

Jack Grealish and Rodri are back in contention after serving their suspensions. However, Kevin De Bruyne is still out with a hamstring injury. The Belgian midfielder has started running on the pitch, but it is uncertain whether he will be ready for the FIFA Club World Cup. There is no update on Jeremy Doku, who missed the previous game against Aston Villa due to an unspecified injury.

Newcastle United

Newcastle United defender Jamaal Lascelles has a dead leg and his availability for Gameweek 16 is uncertain. Martin Dubravka, who made his first league start of the season, picked up a couple of knocks to his back but there is no indication of any long-term problem. Eddie Howe mentioned that several injured players were working at the training ground and he remains hopeful of their return.

West Ham United

West Ham United manager David Moyes did not provide any team news in his Friday morning press conference as the reporting was done early. However, there is concern over the fitness of goalkeeper Alphonse Areola, who missed the previous game with a wrist injury. Moyes mentioned that they hoped Areola would be ready for the previous match, but his availability for Gameweek 16 is still uncertain.

Chelsea

Conor Gallagher is available for selection after serving a one-match suspension. However, Christopher Nkunku is likely to miss out again. Mauricio Pochettino mentioned that Nkunku’s participation is in doubt. Lesley Ugochukwo, Ben Chilwell, Wesley Fofana, Trevoh Chalobah, Carney Chukwuemeka, and Fofana are still unavailable. The good news is that Noni Madueke is fit and ready to feature.

Aston Villa

Aston Villa manager Unai Emery will assess the squad ahead of the game against Arsenal. The team has had a busy week, playing three matches in seven days. Emery will rely on the players to provide information about their physical and mental state before making a decision. Emi Buendia and Tyrone Mings are still long-term absentees.

Everton

Everton manager Sean Dyche is hopeful that James Garner will be available for the upcoming game after missing the previous match due to a sickness bug. Amadou Onana could also return to the squad, while Seamus Coleman’s situation will be assessed closer to the game. Jordan Pickford has a niggly issue with his knee, and more information will be available after further assessment.

Crystal Palace

Tyrick Mitchell will be unavailable for Gameweek 16 due to a hip problem. Eze is still wearing a protective boot and is nowhere near a return. Michael Olise’s workload will be managed after his lengthy layoff. The decision on his starting role will depend on discussions with the sports science team and Olise himself. Cheick Doucoure, Rob Holding, and Jesurun Rak-Sakyi are still out.

Manchester United

Marcus Rashford is a doubt for Gameweek 16 due to illness. The forward missed training on Friday, and his availability will depend on his recovery. Victor Lindelof will be unavailable, but Raphael Varane is back in contention. Erik ten Hag praised Rashford’s abilities and challenged him to regain his form. Mason Mount, Amad Diallo, and Christian Eriksen are nearing a return to the squad.

Brighton and Hove Albion

Lewis Dunk and Mahmoud Dahoud are available again after serving their suspensions. Adam Lallana, who missed the previous game, is also back and ready to feature. Solly March, Danny Welbeck, Julio Enciso, Adam Webster, Pervis Estupinan, Ansu Fati, and Tariq Lamptey remain on the sidelines due to various injuries.

Wolverhampton Wanderers

Jose Sa has fully recovered from his back problem and is fit for Gameweek 16. However, Rayan Ait-Nouri is unlikely to be available as his ankle is still sore. Pedro Neto is making progress in his recovery but is not expected to return in time for the next game. Joe Hodge and Jonny Otto are still unavailable.

Sheffield United

Sheffield United manager Chris Wilder will make a late call on George Baldock’s inclusion in the squad for the game against Brentford. Oli McBurnie and Oliver Norwood are suspended for the upcoming match. Chris Basham, Tom Davies, John Egan, and Daniel Jebbison are still out, but Rhian Brewster and Rhys Norrington-Davies have been spotted in training recently.
