Complete update Superligaen
In Anders Dreyer, the Danish Superligaen temporarily has a new most valuable player. The loanee in the ranks of FC Midtjylland increases his market value from €7 million to €8 million after a strong second half of the season – as of today, he is still under contract with Rubin Kazan until 2026, but clubs from the German Bundesliga and the Turkish Süper Lig, among others, are said to be interested in his services.
After his loan move was finalised on 16 March, Dreyer was directly involved in ten goals in 13 games and led FCM to winning the cup. While the future of the Danish attacking all-rounder is open, Viktor Claesson signed a contract until 2026 when he joined FC Copenhagen from FK Krasnodar in March. The 30-year-old Swedish winger has not been able to fulfil all expectations in his first few months in Denmark, and is downgraded from €9 million to €7 million.

In contrast, Pep Biel, one of three Spanish players in the Superligaen, was in top form. The midfielder of titleholders Copenhagen played his strongest season since his €5 million transfer in the summer of 2019, being directly involved in 20 goals in 32 games on his way to winning the title – in the UEFA Conference League, his haul was even better. Consequently, Biel, who is under contract until 2024, secures the biggest plus of this market value update thanks to an upgrade from €3.5 million to €6 million.
Centre-forward Mathias Kvistgaarden of Brøndby IF makes the biggest jump in percentage terms, increasing his market value tenfold from €200,000 to €2 million. During the championship season, the homegrown talent successfully established himself in the first team squad and most recently made his debut for the Danish U-21 team.
Having joined Copenhagen permanently for a fee of €3.5 million from Liverpool last summer, Kamil Grabara was an important factor in the capital club’s strong season as well. Following his debut for the Polish national team, the goalkeeper increases his market value by €1 million to €4 million, while teammate and English-born youngster Ísak Bergmann Jóhannesson remains unchanged at the same level after the first campaign at his new club.
