Update Fortuna Liga
Transfermarkt has updated the market values of the Czech Fortuna Liga. Young star Adam Hlozek from Sparta Prague sees his market value increase for the fourth time in a row. This time he is up by €2 million to now €19 million, further increasing his lead as the league’s most valuable player. The forward is in high demand and has been linked to Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund. Hlozek is the only player with a double-digit market value.
“Even though his performances have overall dropped in the fall, in the last few games before the end of the season, he was once again at his best,” TM data scout Czechia Juanja said. The striker has been the top scorer in the league; Hlozek has scored six goals and assisted 12. The only other player that saw a similar increase was Alexander Bah from city rivals Slavia Prague, who are first in the standings, one point ahead of Viktoria Plzen.
The wing-back increased his market value by €2 million to now €6 million. As a result, he further established himself as the most valuable defensive player in the league. The Dane is a constant in his team’s backline and has been called up to the national team playing his second game for Denmark last month.
Update Fortuna Liga: Slavia’s Samek also increases his value
Bah aside, other Slavia players also saw their market value improve. One of them is Daniel Samek. This year, the 17-year-old achieved his breakthrough and was recently highlighted in the Transfermarkt talents calendar. The midfielder saw his market value improve by €700,000 to €2.2 million and is now one of the 15 most valuable players born in 2004.
