Justin Che set to return to Bayern – Expected to complete season with Dallas

Return in January?

One US men’s national team defender is on his way out, another could soon rejoin the club. As reported earlier, Chris Richards is set to leave the club for Hoffenheim. The hole that his departure leaves could be filled by another FC Dallas product as Justin Che is expected to return to Bayern Munich at the end of the Major League Soccer season.

That potential deal was reported by multiple outlets, including Sport Bild and Spoxon Tuesday. The reports followed the news that the Rekordmeister was not going to add any more players during deadline day. Che was previously on loan at Bayern Munich from Feb. 1 to May 31, 2021. During that time Che managed to make eight appearances for Bayern Munich II in the 3. Liga and increase his market value to €3 million becoming one of the most valuable US center-backs in the world.
