Crystal Palace defender Rob Holding didn’t seem too amused while watching Newcastle beating Manchester United on TNT Sports.

The former Arsenal defender was watching on as an Anthony Gordon strike felled the Red Devils at St James’ Park.

Holding, once a transfer target for the Magpies, was eagerly watching the clash as he rested ahead of his side’s game with West Ham on Sunday.

He tuned in pre-match too, as TNT Sports ran through a series of interesting topics.

One of them included the success of Kobbie Mainoo at Man United and Lewis Miley at Newcastle.

But one element of the pre-match chat didn’t appear to go down well with Holding.

Former Toon and Tottenham star Jermaine Jenas joined host Lynsey Hipgrave in the players’ tunnel just ahead of the game.

The pair looked ahead to the clash as stars like Harry Maguire and Miguel Almiron readied themselves.

On a cold night on Tyneside, the warmth will have been welcome – but the segement wasn’t appreciated by Holding.

“Not sure about chatting in the tunnel as the players are walking out [face palm emoji],” he posted to Instagram.
