We can pretty much write the Atlanta Falcons out of the NFC South race, and it’s time to seriously wonder whether Raheem Morris and Terry Fontenot should be on the hot seat.

Atlanta just went into New York and out-gained the Jets, won the time-of-possession battle, got mostly good play from QB Kirk Cousins, established the ground game, committed just a single penalty, and lost.

Good teams don’t have that sort of performance against a subpar opponent and lose. Despite having several individually talented players, the Falcons don’t have a good team. — Knox
