Timo Werner ended a 14-game goal drought to help Chelsea beat Newcastle United at Stamford Bridge in gameweek 24 of the Premier League 2020-21 season.
The win helped the Blues rise to fourth in the table.
Chelsea now trail second-placed Manchester United by just four points.

However, his cross rebounded out to Olivier Giroud, who scored Chelsea’s opener in the 31st minute.
Werner then made it 2-0, scrambling in a flick-on at the back post.
Tuchel has picked up 13 points from his first five league games in charge of Chelsea.
As per Opta, he is now level with Jose Mourinho’s tally with Chelsea and bettered only by Carlo Ancelotti and Maurizio Sarri (15 each).
He is just the third manager to see his team concede just one goal in his first five games in the Premier League.
As per BBC, it was Werner’s first goal in exactly 1,000 minutes of Premier League action for the Blues. He finally found the net after 31 attempts without scoring.
