Czech Republic 0-1 EnglandCroatia 3-1 ScotlandLIVE BLOG

Welcome to Day 12 of the European Championships! The penultimate day of group stage action features the conclusion of Group D, and this promises to be a fun day.

Both games kick off at the same time, with England and first-placed Czech Republic facing off at Wembley having both already qualified thanks to results from the previous days of action. A draw will confirm both teams in the top two, while the winner finishes first in the group.

At the same time over in Glasgow, Croatia and Scotland play for their lives at Hampden Park. A draw most likely eliminates both, while the winner goes through in third place. If England lose in the other game, Scotland can finish second if they win and make up the goal difference. If the Croatians win big, they can finish second if they make up the goal difference in case of a Czech loss at Wembley.

Two hours of nail-biting Euro 2020 action are ahead, and you’re welcome to follow along. Let’s live blog!
