The Clarets’ final home game of the season against Liverpool will be played on Wednesday 19th May.

The match (kick-off 8.15pm) will be screened live by Sky Sports.

The penultimate round of Premier League fixtures had been re-scheduled to allow the planned return of a limited number of supporters to grounds beyond 17th May.

That remains subject to final Government approval around the easing of lockdown restrictions, with a decision expected no later than Monday 10th May.

Details of the number of supporters permitted at Turf Moor – and the planned allocation of tickets – will follow in due course.

The Premier League previously confirmed that no away supporters would be permitted to the final two rounds of fixtures.

The final matches of the season will kick-off at 4pm on Sunday 23rd May, when Burnley go to Sheffield United.
