Heading into next season Aston Villa look like they’ll be one of the scariest attacking sides in the Premier League.
Jack Grealish and Emi Buendia will undoubtedly make things happen for the Villans, but if reports are to be believed there may soon be a new addition that will form a truly frightening trifecta.
Indeed, Todd Cantwell is reportedly wanted by the Midlands club, and the prospect of him linking up with Buendia and Grealish is mouth-watering.

Cantwell of course knows what it’s like to play with Buendia, having played alongside him at Norwich, and it’s fair to say that he believes their partnership was brilliant.
“I love playing with Emi, he sees the same passes that I like to see, we have a pretty similar idea of what we want to do,” Cantwell once said.
“At moments, when Emi is playing like he is, it brings everybody’s level up as well.
“So I think me and him linking up together is a frightening sight, to be fair.”
Now, add Grealish, who is arguably the most frightening creative force in the Premier League right now, into the mix and you have a trio that will be almost unstoppable.
Every striker in the Premier League will be jealous of Ollie Watkins as he’ll undoubtedly receive some brilliant service next term.
Just imagine what Villa’s attack will look like if Cantwell, Grealish and Buendia line-up behind Watkins.
Opposition defences won’t know where to turn and Villa will be able to turn teams inside out with a mix of brilliant passing, hard running and skilful dribbling.
Villa may be about to embark upon a very exciting and fruitful era of attacking football.
