Everton are in talks for Harry Winks with Tottenham Hotspur ready to let the midfielder leave this summer.
Tottenham have just brought in a new midfielder with Yves Bissouma completing a move from Brighton and Hove Albion.
Bissouma joins Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, Rodrigo Bentancur and Oliver Skipp as Antonio Conte’s main four midfield options.
That means Winks is the man on the outside looking in at Tottenham and with little chance of first-team action under Conte.

Everton are in talks for Harry Winks
Conte praised Winks as a player he could count on back in February, but the minutes just don’t seem to be there for him.
That means Tottenham have told Winks he can leave the club this summer and Everton are ready to strike.
The Liverpool Echo report that Everton have now opened talks to sign Winks from Tottenham.
Talks are thought to be at an early stage but there is real hope on all sides that Winks will become an Everton player.
Winks is understood to be interested in signing for Everton with the prospect of getting his career back on track under Frank Lampard.
Lampard knows a thing or two about quality midfield play and may have seen something in Winks that he can develop.
Whilst Lampard was a goalscoring midfielder, Winks is more of a sitting midfielder with the ability to dictate from deep.
Three other Premier League clubs are thought to be keen on Winks, meaning Everton won’t have this transfer all their own way.
There is also the problem of Tottenham’s asking price, which will be around £20million.
Everton don’t have a huge budget at their disposal and coming up with £20million for Winks won’t be easy.
Tottenham may well look to use Everton’s interest in Winks to try and secure Toffees forward Richarlison, so that’s one other aspect to keep an eye on here.
